NYC: Hurricane Katrina Memorial

Near Ground Zero was another exhibition dedicated to the victims of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans and surrounding communities.
The exhibition consisted of a collection of 300 drawers that were collected from the wreckage throughout flooded neighbourhoods.
These 300 drawers served as a reminder of the level of loss for the victims of hurricane Katrina and that this is all that remains of their lives & belongings.
