Crafts & Special Items of Czech

Below are some shots that display the various types of crafts sold throughout the city and give a taste of the local goodies and artistic talent... and these are only a few. These strange looking creatures kind of remind me of friendly looking trolls - I was somewhat fascinated by the above hanging friends that I could not help but photograph & post them.
There were hundreds of shops with colourful trinkets selling the famous, colourful porcelain houses or towers of Prague, wooden babushka dolls (which is more Russian that Czech), colourful Easter eggs made from real eggs, and the strong locally brewed Absinthe alcohol that is famed to bring on hallucinations when consumed in large quantities (strong enough to bring up a lung too, after my first sample - yikes). Of course, who could forget the famous Krtek, a funny beast that was popular with kids everywhere - who also befriended Bear.
